...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Travel will be very difficult to impossible, including during the morning commute. Expect damage to trees and power lines as well. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches, with localized amounts up to 20 inches, are expected. * WHERE...Heaviest snowfall above 4500 feet. * WHEN...Until 10 PM today. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be areas of southwest to west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 65 mph. Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times from heavy snow, blowing snow, and fog. There will be difficult driving conditions at times along Interstate 8 and along the Sunrise Highway. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
